(\u00ab\u00a0QMET\u00a0\u00bb). Ce contrat porte sur une exploration exhaustive \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle du district, ciblant l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne naturel (H\u2082) et l\u2019h\u00e9lium le long des syst\u00e8mes de failles g\u00e9ologiquement importants de Cobequid et de Chedabucto, en Nouvelle-\u00c9cosse. Aux termes de cet accord strat\u00e9gique, QMET s\u2019est engag\u00e9e \u00e0 verser une compensation financi\u00e8re directe \u00e0 QIMC en reconnaissance de son expertise pointue et de ses services d\u2019exploration de grande valeur.<\/p>\n<p>\u2019 Cet accord repr\u00e9sente une avanc\u00e9e significative dans le d\u00e9veloppement strat\u00e9gique de QIMC en mati\u00e8re d&#039;exploration d&#039;hydrog\u00e8ne naturel \u201d, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 John Karagiannidis, PDG et pr\u00e9sident de QIMC. \u201d Notre collaboration avec QMET, renforc\u00e9e par l&#039;expertise de nos partenaires de l&#039;INRS, nous positionne id\u00e9alement pour valider et d\u00e9velopper davantage notre mod\u00e8le d&#039;exploration unique. Nous pr\u00e9voyons que cette initiative am\u00e9liorera consid\u00e9rablement notre compr\u00e9hension du potentiel hydrog\u00e8ne de la r\u00e9gion, favorisant ainsi une croissance durable et la cr\u00e9ation de valeur pour nos actionnaires. \u201d<\/p>\n<p>Aux termes de l\u2019entente, QIMC mettra en \u0153uvre ses m\u00e9thodes d\u2019exploration exclusives, notamment des lev\u00e9s de gaz du sol de pointe optimis\u00e9s pour la d\u00e9tection de l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne et de l\u2019h\u00e9lium. Ces lev\u00e9s seront compl\u00e9t\u00e9s par des lev\u00e9s g\u00e9ophysiques de derni\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9ration, de type magn\u00e9totellurique audio (AMT) et radiom\u00e9trique gamma. Cette initiative tire parti de l\u2019expertise reconnue de QIMC et s\u2019appuie sur l\u2019identification r\u00e9ussie de zones \u00e0 fort potentiel d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne sur sa propri\u00e9t\u00e9 phare de Saint-Bruno-de-Guigues, au Qu\u00e9bec.<\/p>\n<p>Les zones de failles de Cobequid et de Chedabucto partagent des caract\u00e9ristiques g\u00e9ologiques importantes avec les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de QIMC au Qu\u00e9bec, notamment des gradients g\u00e9othermiques \u00e9lev\u00e9s et des concentrations importantes d&#039;\u00e9l\u00e9ments tels que le potassium, le thorium et l&#039;uranium. Ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments sont des catalyseurs reconnus pour la production d&#039;hydrog\u00e8ne par radiolyse.
