QIMC f\u00e9licite QMET pour l\u2019acquisition d\u2019un important gisement d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne \u00e0 Matane (Qu\u00e9bec).<\/p>\n<p>Cette collaboration consolide le r\u00f4le de QIMC comme acteur cl\u00e9 du secteur en pleine croissance de l&#039;hydrog\u00e8ne renouvelable et compl\u00e8te nos efforts continus pour le d\u00e9veloppement du projet d&#039;hydrog\u00e8ne naturel de Saint-Bruno-de-Guigues, au Qu\u00e9bec. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ce partenariat, QIMC recevra 4\u00a0000\u00a0000 d&#039;actions de QMET, ainsi qu&#039;une redevance de 0,81\u00a0TP3T sur les revenus, renfor\u00e7ant ainsi notre position de chef de file et de cr\u00e9ateur de valeur dans le domaine de l&#039;hydrog\u00e8ne naturel propre. QMET a \u00e9galement accord\u00e9 \u00e0 QIMC une redevance de 0,81\u00a0TP3T sur les revenus provenant de la vente d&#039;hydrog\u00e8ne ou d&#039;autres min\u00e9raux pr\u00e9sents sur la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 (la \u2019\u00a0Redevance\u00a0\u201c). 501\u00a0TP3T de la Redevance peuvent \u00eatre achet\u00e9es pour 1\u00a0TP4T800\u00a0000.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c Nous sommes ravis de nous associer \u00e0 QMET pour le projet d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne de Matane. Ce partenariat renforce notre engagement \u00e0 positionner le Qu\u00e9bec comme un chef de file mondial du d\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne naturel, tout en am\u00e9liorant son ind\u00e9pendance \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique \u201d, a ajout\u00e9 John Karagiannidis, PDG de QIMC.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Projet hydrog\u00e8ne de Matane<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le projet d&#039;hydrog\u00e8ne de Matane englobe une zone d&#039;exploration \u00e0 fort potentiel situ\u00e9e dans une zone de transition entre les formations rocheuses cambro-ordoviciennes et siluro-d\u00e9voniennes. La propri\u00e9t\u00e9 s&#039;\u00e9tend sur environ 80 claims couvrant 26 kilom\u00e8tres le long de la zone de faille de Schickshock-Sud, une structure bien d\u00e9finie pr\u00e9sentant de forts indicateurs g\u00e9ologiques de formation naturelle d&#039;hydrog\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n<p>La situation g\u00e9ologique unique de la r\u00e9gion de Matane, caract\u00e9ris\u00e9e par des roches m\u00e8res basaltiques et p\u00e9ridotitiques, des zones tectonis\u00e9es et des syst\u00e8mes de failles profondes, offre un environnement exceptionnel pour la production d&#039;hydrog\u00e8ne par hydrolyse oxydative et r\u00e9actions radiolytiques. Source : Carte modifi\u00e9e du site SIGEOM (MRNF).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Collaboration strat\u00e9gique avec QIMC<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>QIMC a conclu un accord de collaboration strat\u00e9gique avec QMET afin de tirer parti de son expertise de pointe dans l&#039;exploration et le d\u00e9veloppement de l&#039;hydrog\u00e8ne. QIMC, qui a obtenu des r\u00e9sultats exceptionnels avec des concentrations d&#039;hydrog\u00e8ne sup\u00e9rieures \u00e0 7\u00a0000 ppm et une quasi-absence de\u00a0<strong>dioxyde de carbone<\/strong>\u00a0(CO2) et\u00a0<strong>m\u00e9thane<\/strong>\u00a0(CH4) (concentrations en\u00a0<strong>traces<\/strong>) dans ses propri\u00e9t\u00e9s du Qu\u00e9bec, fournira des connaissances techniques et un soutien op\u00e9rationnel pour optimiser l&#039;exploration et la validation des ressources \u00e0 Matane.<\/p>\n<p>Ce partenariat vise \u00e0 acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer l&#039;exploration de l&#039;hydrog\u00e8ne naturel dans la r\u00e9gion, en combinant la solide expertise g\u00e9ologique de QMET avec l&#039;exp\u00e9rience de terrain et les m\u00e9thodologies innovantes de QIMC.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c L\u2019acquisition du projet d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne de Matane repr\u00e9sente une \u00e9tape importante pour QMET, qui renforce sa pr\u00e9sence dans le secteur \u00e9mergent de l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne naturel.
