Cette collaboration strat\u00e9gique renforce la position de QIMC comme acteur majeur du secteur ontarien de l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne naturel renouvelable, en pleine croissance, tout en maintenant un engagement ferme envers l\u2019avancement rapide du d\u00e9veloppement du projet d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne naturel de Saint-Bruno-de-Giugues, au Qu\u00e9bec. Dans le cadre de cette collaboration, QIMC recevra 6\u00a0600\u00a0000 actions de REC et une redevance sur les revenus bruts (RRB) de 11\u00a0TP3T.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Les blocs de concessions Lorrain-Bucke acquis par Record Resources Corp. reposent sur des formations s\u00e9dimentaires et volcaniques du Groupe Huronien qui recouvrent en discordance des unit\u00e9s m\u00e9tavolcaniques et m\u00e9tas\u00e9dimentaires arch\u00e9ennes de la Province du Sup\u00e9rieur. Le Supergroupe Huronien est lui-m\u00eame recouvert par une \u00e9paisse succession de calcaires et de dolomies ordoviciens, ainsi que, dans une moindre mesure, de gr\u00e8s interstratifi\u00e9s et de conglom\u00e9rats locaux. Cette configuration g\u00e9ologique est associ\u00e9e \u00e0 un potentiel important en ressources naturelles d&#039;hydrog\u00e8ne. Ces blocs sont strat\u00e9giquement situ\u00e9s entre d&#039;importantes failles de rift dans la structure du graben du lac T\u00e9miscamingue, une structure tectonique reconnue pour son potentiel \u00e0 abriter des sources mantelliques profondes riches en compos\u00e9s volatils, dont l&#039;hydrog\u00e8ne (voir figure 1).<\/p>\n<p><img class=\"\\\"alignnone\" size-full wp-image-34199\\\" src=\"\\\"https:><\/p>\n<p><em>Figure 1. Les revendications de Record Resources en jaune<\/em><\/p>\n<p>De plus, le potentiel de ces concessions est renforc\u00e9 par la pr\u00e9sence de roches ultramafiques affleurant dans les parties nord et est du bassin du Rift, au Qu\u00e9bec voisin. Ces unit\u00e9s pr\u00e9sentent une r\u00e9ponse magn\u00e9tique particuli\u00e8re qui s&#039;\u00e9tend jusqu&#039;en Ontario, ce qui sugg\u00e8re la pr\u00e9sence de roches ultramafiques de socle \u00e0 la base du bassin du Rift. Par ailleurs, une importante anomalie gravim\u00e9trique n\u00e9gative co\u00efncide avec une grande intrusion granitique cartographi\u00e9e dans l&#039;ouest du canton de Lorrain (voir le communiqu\u00e9 de presse de QIMC du 5 d\u00e9cembre 2024). Cette anomalie gravim\u00e9trique n\u00e9gative s&#039;\u00e9tend vers l&#039;ouest jusqu&#039;au lac T\u00e9miscamingue et pourrait indiquer l&#039;emplacement d&#039;une \u00e9paisse couverture pal\u00e9ozo\u00efque, ce qui est un indice positif du potentiel de ressources naturelles en hydrog\u00e8ne en profondeur.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Cette option et cette collaboration renforcent \u00e9galement le partenariat strat\u00e9gique de Record avec QIMC, un chef de file de l&#039;exploration de l&#039;hydrog\u00e8ne naturel. QIMC deviendra partenaire de Record, apportant son expertise et ses m\u00e9thodologies de pointe. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette collaboration, les deux entreprises pourront tirer parti des caract\u00e9ristiques g\u00e9ologiques uniques de la r\u00e9gion et acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer l&#039;exploration et l&#039;extraction d&#039;hydrog\u00e8ne dans le camp hydro\u00e9lectrique de Temiskaming.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Record Resources \u00e9mettra 6\u00a0600\u00a0000 actions ordinaires \u00e0 QIMC et une redevance sur le revenu brut (RRB) de 11\u00a0TP3T sera accord\u00e9e sur la vente d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne ou de tout autre produit min\u00e9ral provenant de la propri\u00e9t\u00e9.
